First off, Empire wasn’t cancelled. One of the dumbest things FOX could do is cancel Empire. Why on earth would FOX cancel the highest rated show of the season? The only way I could see that happening is if the entire cast died (knock on wood).

There are going to be some changes with Empire, though. Some good ones. Gabourey Sidibe and Ta’Rhonda Jones are being upgraded to series regulars. Sidibe plays Lucious’s assistant, Becky, and Jones plays Cookie’s assistant, Porsha.

I like Jones’s character, and I love me some Gabby Sidibe. So, I’m ready to see more of them in Season Two. I just hope they get rid of Becky’s blond hair.
